Renovating and selling Seattle area homes is one of our specialties. We create a pre-listing plan that could include renovations, repairs, cleaning, home organization, staging, and more. The detailed work we put into our listings allows us to list them at a higher price. 

For some of our clients, circumstances call for additional listing support services during their sale. We work with seniors and individuals to guide them through a downsize and help them sell a home they have lived in for many years. And, we work with adult children who are in need of assistance with the sale of their parents’ home. With compassion and care, we help with the following:

We do this through hosting FUN events for our clients and the surrounding community. We giveback through events and fundraisers to local organizations with an emphasis on helping women and children, food insecurities, and housing needs.
