Lanece Carpenter

Lanece Carpenter, Jr. is a recent graduate of Hampton University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. Current experience includes a role as Programs Intern at RISE since May 2023. Previously, Lanece served as a Student Intern at Metropolitan Junior Baseball League Inc., where responsibilities included assisting with administrative tasks, organizing travel logistics for events, and leading marketing initiatives. Additional experience encompasses positions as Bumble Honey Campus Manager and Outreach Manager, Director of Alumni Relations within the Student Government Association, and various internships with organizations such as the NFL, Los Angeles Dodgers, and USA Weightlifting, each focusing on community relations and professional development. Lanece has demonstrated skills in event planning, teamwork, and outreach initiatives throughout diverse roles in the sports and event management sectors.
