Louis Brown

Louis Brown possesses extensive experience in training and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Training at Member Loyalty Group since October 2019, Louis previously held the position of Product Training Manager. Louis has also accumulated significant experience at Six Flags, starting in August 1992 as a seasonal Managerial Park Services Supervisor. Earlier roles include Universal Retail Banking Trainer at ALEC from May 2018 to October 2019, and Customer Experience Trainer at Waste Management from October 2017 to June 2018. Louis's career began at Guaranty Bank/Best Bank, where Louis worked as a Senior Training Specialist and AVP from April 2002 to May 2017. Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained from 2011 to 2013, and an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from University of Phoenix Axia, completed from 2008 to 2010. Education was also completed at Zion Benton Township High School.
