Ricky Field, ICAE, is a seasoned professional in attraction operations with extensive experience in the entertainment and leisure industry. Currently serving as Director of Attraction Operations at both Six Flags and Qiddiya, Ricky is integral to the development of Qiddiya City, which will feature record-breaking rides and attractions. Previous positions include Operations Director at Resorts World Genting, Senior Operations Manager at Global Village in Dubai, and various roles at IMG Worlds of Adventure and Merlin Entertainments, where Ricky focused on enhancing guest experiences and operational excellence across multiple theme parks and resorts.
