Six-Tricks Distilling Co. is a craft distillery, tasting room and cocktail bar in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast.

We have the ability to produce all six core spirit types in-house — rum, whisky, vodka, gin, agave and brandy — from raw ingredients through to bottle. 
Everything on our menu is made here: the spirits, the syrups, the tinctures, and the garnishes from the garden out back.

We opened in November 2023 and trade Thursday to Sunday, with capacity for 100 guests across our indoor bar, sunset deck and private cask hall.
