Joe Bryan has a diverse work experience that includes roles as a Fiber Optic Sensing Lead Technician at Sixense Group and as an Instrumentation & Monitoring Technician at the same company. Joe also worked as a Geotechnical Technician at Concept Engineering Consultants Ltd, a Data Analyst Intern at Billion Dollar Boy, a GCSE Tutor at MyTutor.co.uk, a Payroll Administrator at BMSL Group, and a Leisure Attendant at Places Leisure.

Joe Bryan attended Brentwood County High School from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained their GCSE. From 2015 to 2017, they continued their education at Brentwood County High School, completing their A-Levels in English Literature (A), Biology (A), Geography (B), and AS-Level Mathematics (C), as well as earning a Cambridge Pre-U Certificate in Global Perspectives. Joe then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geoscience at the University of Nottingham from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme from CITB in July 2023 and a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification from the Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK in November 2015.
