Subsequently, as Assistant Manager at Bluebox Bar and Grill, Matthew oversaw operations of a six-person team. Matthew's international experience includes teaching English in Japan under the UK JET Programme. With a strong background in geology, culminating in a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southampton, Matthew has worked as a Geo-Environmental Lead Site Engineer and later as a Senior Project Manager at Sixense Group, focusing on significant infrastructure projects such as HS2.
