Solène Louvel

Solène Louvel is currently the Responsable RH at Sixense Engineering, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, where they oversee a workforce of 300 employees across seven agencies in France. Solène holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and played a significant role in merging four entities within Sixense by defining and deploying the HR strategy. They provide guidance to managers on HR, legal, and social matters, and are passionate about diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to this role, Solène held various HR positions within the Sixense Group and at Belcotech.
