Michael J.

Michael J. has extensive experience in the technology and cybersecurity sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Frenos, a rapidly growing operational technology cybersecurity AI firm, since January 2025. As a Co-Founder of DataTribe since December 2015, Michael J. focuses on supporting startup teams in cybersecurity and data science. Additional board memberships include Strider, a risk intelligence SaaS platform, and PROOF Research, Inc., along with past roles at Dragos, Inc. and MindBridge Ai. Michael J. also co-founded NuBlu, an innovative film company, and held the position of Chief Evangelist and Board Member at Onyara prior to its acquisition by Hortonworks. Education was pursued at the University of Pittsburgh from 1985 to 1988, where studies focused on philosophy.
