Ila Alora possesses extensive experience in business analysis and payroll management, with a career spanning over a decade. Beginning as a Senior Associate at GENPACT from June 2009 to October 2011, Ila progressed to a Senior Business Analyst at Aon Hewitt from January 2012 to July 2016, serving as Senior Payroll Lead. Following this, Ila held the position of Payroll Lead at Enterprise Growth Accelerator from July 2016 to September 2021, while also serving as Assistant Manager at Global Growth IOC and SixSails simultaneously from June 2021 to the present.
