Nitin Shetty is an experienced professional in sales and operations with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as Associate Vice President Sales at SixSails since January 2020, Nitin previously held roles at Eli India from May 2016 to January 2020, including Sr. Manager - Sales Operations and Manager - Learning & Development. Prior to that, Nitin worked at iYogi Inc. from July 2009 to April 2016, focusing on Learning & Development management across multiple business channels. Nitin began the career at Serco as Sr. Trainer - Sales & Process from March 2004 to June 2009, where responsibilities included training new hires and facilitating workshops for management. Nitin has successfully led large teams and implemented training programs to enhance workforce capabilities across various operations.
