Ericka Ruiz

Ericka Ruiz is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, development, and sales performance management. Currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at SIXT since August 2020, Ericka has previously held the position of Regional Sales Performance Manager for both the South Florida and Northeast regions at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Project and Quality Manager at Meliá Hotels International and Assistant Quality Manager, as well as supervisory positions at Loews Hotels, where Ericka was responsible for managing guest reservations and travel patterns. Earlier career experience includes working as a Legal Assistant at Cordero, Richardson, and Compo P.A. Ericka holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Florida International University, completed in 2011.
