Hubert Mardon

Hubert Mardon is currently the Fleet Maintenance Director at SIXT, where they manage a €30 million maintenance budget and oversee a team of 25 members across nine sites. With 21 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 19 years steering retail networks for a luxury automotive manufacturer, Hubert has developed expertise in sales, aftersales network organization, and P&L management. Previously, at Mercedes-Benz France, Hubert held various roles, including Head of Business Development & Marketing After Sales, where they implemented strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Hubert holds a Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing from EDHEC Business School and a French Baccalauréat with distinction in Sciences.
