Melanie Imse

Melanie Imse has extensive experience in human resources and payroll, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for Switzerland and Austria at Sixt since September 2008. Previous roles within Sixt include Senior Executive Manager for Payroll across Europe and HRBP for France, Monaco, and Benelux, among others. Responsibilities have encompassed managing HR administration, payroll accuracy, handling disciplinary cases, and providing HR advice to managers. Additionally, Melanie has managed recruitment services, developed employer branding strategies, and led HR projects in collaboration with the German headquarters. Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EM Strasbourg Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lincoln, along with other relevant qualifications.
