Toni Preussler

Toni Preussler is an experienced Senior Executive Manager in Traffic Offences and Diversity Coordinator at SIXT, responsible for process development and alignment across 11 countries while leading a diverse team of over 30 employees. Previous roles include Team Lead for the Contact Center & Customer Service in Spain, focusing on process development and quality management, as well as serving as a Senior Customer Service Agent addressing solutions for international customers in multiple languages. Prior to SIXT, Toni worked as a Retail Store Supervisor at NATURAL MENTE Mallorca, managing daily operations and employee training. Toni currently pursues a Master’s degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, following a Licenciatura in Filología Inglesa, a Master in Linguistics & English Literature from Universitat de les Illes Balears, and a High School Graduation with a focus on English Language & Literature from Marie Curie Gymnasium Dresden.
