Rick Baker

Rick Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across urban development, economic development, and legal practice. Currently serving as a Consultant in Urban Multifamily Site Location at DevMar Development, LLC, and as a Consultant for Downtown Development at Six/Ten, LLC, Rick also contributes as a Development Consultant for Coast Autonomous. Previous positions include President of The Edwards Group and Vice President of Economic Development at the University of South Florida, along with a tenure as Mayor of St. Petersburg. Rick's legal background includes over two decades as an Attorney, Shareholder, and President at Fisher and Sauls, P.A., specializing in corporate and business law. Rick Baker holds a Bachelor's in Business Management and an MBA from Florida State University, a Juris Doctor with honors from Florida State University College of Law, and has furthered education at Oxford University.
