Michael Bauer

Michael Bauer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and advisory roles, currently serving as Principal at Sixth Street since November 2022, where the focus is on growth-oriented investments in enterprise software and SaaS. Michael also holds board member positions at Stayntouch and Logile, Inc., having previously worked at Level Equity as Principal in Structured Capital, providing innovative financing solutions for growth-oriented software and technology businesses from March 2018 to November 2022. Beyond these roles, Michael has accumulated significant experience with OFS Management, Berkery, Noyes & Co., LLC, and KPMG Advisory, spanning various positions from Associate to Vice President. Michael earned a BS degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Delaware.
