Deepika Mittal

Deepika Mittal has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Deepika is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sincera Consulting and SixthUp, starting in June 2021. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2018, Deepika worked as a Resourcing Consultant at NatWest Group. Deepika also served as an HR Consultant at Adrenalin eSystems Ltd from 2015 to 2017, where they specialized in HCM solutions and was involved in requirement analysis, product analysis, client support, and issue escalation. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an HR Consultant at EmployWise, focusing on HRIS implementation and post-implementation support. Deepika also held roles as Senior Executive (HR) at Copal Partners, Officer (Level 2) at Times Business Solutions (P) Limited, and HR Executive (Recruitment) at Artech Information Systems. Deepika began their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys from 2005 to 2008.

Deepika Mittal completed their schooling at Ryan International School from 1989 to 1999. Deepika then attended CRPF Public School from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their HSC degree. In 2001, they enrolled at Maharshi Dayanand University and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology (IT). Following their undergraduate studies, Deepika pursued an MBA in Human Resource Management at ICFAI Business School (IBS) Hyderabad from 2008 to 2010.
