Cees Zaal has an extensive background in social work, beginning with a degree in social work obtained from spw from 1993 to 1996. Cees further advanced education by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work SPH from hogeschool de Horst between 1998 and 2001 and a Master's degree in begeleidingkunde from HAN from 2012 to 2014, specializing in supervision and coaching. Cees has held various leadership roles, including team leader at Stichting De Opbouw from 2003 to 2007 and at Siza from November 2008 to December 2011. Cees also served as a coordinator at Abrona from September 2007 to October 2008. Currently, Cees is a coach at D'n Esse Coaching, a position held since October 2015.
