Cecilia Harry, CEcD, is an economic development thought leader specializing in change, business attraction, and workforce development. They founded Harry Development Strategies, LLC, and served as Chief Economic Development Officer at the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC from 2019 to 2023. Cecilia held various leadership roles including President & CEO of Envision Greater Fond du Lac and Executive Director of the Greater Fremont Development Council. They currently serve as the VP of Economic Development at SizeUp and as the founder of Stardust Strategies. Cecilia is pursuing advanced degrees at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Notre Dame.
