Roger LeFevre

CEO at Sizzle Factor

Roger LeFevre spent the years before becoming the founder of Sizzle Factor as Chief Executive Officer of Target Interact US, LLC [formerly ACI Telecommunications Corporation (ACI)]. Prior to ACI, he served as Vice President of Consolidated Leasing Company, an affiliate of McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation, which was then a Fortune 25 company. He brings a wealth of successful experience in marketing and sales, finance, and law. Roger has been a call center trailblazer and a nationally recognized expert for his leadership in advancing multimedia call center technologies. In 1996-97, he led the development collaboration between ACI and Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) to create the first-ever IP-based Automatic Call Distributor (ACD). That client/server application enabled real-time multi media interactions directly over the Internet.

He comes to SizzleFactor through the growth and progression of diverse business process solutions (BPS) companies that Roger has been involved with for the last 30 years. His experience includes key administration engagement in mortgage banking, commercial and consumer lease financing, call centers, fulfillment, web development and design, payment processing, and eCommerce. The delivery of services has been vital to his career goals.

Mr. LeFevre attended the University of Utah, Utah State University, NYU, and The Program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard Law School. He is actively involved in community and civic affairs, serves as Chairman of The Center for Justice Reform, has been a member of the University of Utah’s President’s Club, and an advisory board member of Pioneer Theatre Company. In 2001 he was appointed by Utah’s Governor to serve as a member of the Professional Employer Organization Board of the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing for the State of Utah.
