Frida Walker

Frida Walker is an experienced professional in product management and customer service, currently holding multiple roles at SJ AB since September 2018, including Product Manager, Product Owner, and various leadership positions in customer service and sales development. Prior to this, Frida worked as a Front Office & Inhouse Sales Manager at Scandic Hotels for a brief period in early 2018, and held several positions at SJ AB from March 2011 to January 2018, progressing from Salesperson to Group Manager. Frida's career began at Coop Nord as a Store Assistant from April 2010 to March 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree in Sports Science from Mid Sweden University and a high school diploma in Social Sciences from Bobergsgymnasiet.
