SJCA's diverse Civil Engineering experience includes numerous bridge replacement, bridge rehabilitation, small structure replacement, road design and site/civil design projects for public and private entities.  Additionally, the firm’s field services include environmental and cultural resource investigations, land surveying, right-of-way engineering, construction observation, and bridge inspections for local public and private agencies.  We also perform miscellaneous structural designs and shop drawings for the reinforced concrete and structural steel construction industry.
