Anna Rumer

Anna Rumer is an Analyst, Portfolio Acceleration based in SJF Ventures’ New York office. Prior to joining SJF, Anna worked at the Gartner Research Board, a thinktank focused on business and technology strategy, where she conducted in-depth research projects on topics including data ethics, machine learning, and digital transformation. Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Chicago, both with a focus on climate policy. While at UChicago, she completed internships at JetBlue, a Shark Tank-featured startup called LuminAID, Time Magazine, and on Capitol Hill working for Senator Chris Murphy.
