Jongyoung Jun

Jongyoung Jun is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of LNG Americas Inc. at SK E&S, where they lead initiatives to optimize gas production and explore new asset opportunities. Previously, Jongyoung held various positions at SK Innovation, including Reservoir Engineer and Production Manager, where they managed unconventional and conventional oil and gas assets across multiple regions, including the U.S., Peru, and Vietnam. Jongyoung also gained recognition as a Research Assistant at the Research Institute of Energy and Resources, where they received a Minister Award for their work in energy engineering. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geosystem Engineering, as well as a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Petroleum Engineering, all from Seoul National University.
