Anke Sessler

Anke Sessler is a Partner in the Litigation and International Arbitration practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, with experience since September 2014. Key matters include representing a technology start-up in a significant directors’ liability case, serving as co-lead counsel for lawsuits against former board members of a German construction company, and successfully defending a state against claims from an Indian investor. Prior to this role, Anke Sessler was Chief Counsel Litigation at Siemens AG, where the Litigation Department was established in Munich and led for nearly six years.
