Bora represents companies and individuals globally in government enforcement and corporate compliance matters, with extensive experience in internal investigations and transaction due diligence. Bora has worked on cross-border investigations, particularly focusing on the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia, and has advised clients across various industries on compliance issues and enforcement of laws such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Bora previously practiced in Skadden's London office and has also served in Los Angeles, providing representations in numerous investigations and litigation matters. Bora holds a JD from UCLA School of Law and a BA in International Relations and French Language and Literature, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston University.
