Daniel Gal

Daniel Gal, KC, is a distinguished partner in the International Arbitration and Litigation Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in London, where involvement began in December 2014. Previously, Daniel served as a partner at Dechert LLP from June 2008 to December 2014 and was an associate to the Chief Justice of Australia at the High Court of Australia from February 1998 to February 1999. Educational qualifications include a B.C.L. from the University of Oxford (1999-2001) and a combined B.Ec., LL.B (Hons 1) from Macquarie University (1993-1997). Recognition includes being named one of the top 45 international arbitration counsel worldwide under the age of 45 by Global Arbitration Review in August 2011.
