David Farhat is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and transfer pricing. Currently a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates since May 2021, David previously held significant roles at EY, including Principal and Executive Director in Financial Services - Transfer Pricing from February 2015 to May 2021. Prior to that, David served at the Internal Revenue Service from April 2006 to 2015 as both an APMA Team Leader and General Attorney. Academically, David holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Syracuse University College of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Philosophy from Syracuse University.
