Ge You is an M&A Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates since May 2021, involved in significant transactions such as Intel's $9 billion sale of Altera to Silver Lake and Elon Musk's $44 billion acquisition of Twitter, Inc. Formerly a law clerk with a focus on IP & Technology law during law school, Ge's experience also includes a judicial externship at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and operations roles at Standard Metal Products and Accenture. A graduate of Rice University with dual bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Geology, Ge also earned a JD from USC Gould School of Law.
