John Beisner

John Beisner is a seasoned legal professional with over 35 years of experience in the field of litigation. As a Partner and Leader of the Mass Torts, Insurance, and Consumer Litigation Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates since 2009, John has established a strong reputation in defending major U.S. corporations. Prior to this role, John served as Partner and Chair of the Class Actions, Mass Torts, and Aggregated Litigation Practice at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 1978 to 2009. John holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Kansas.
