Jonathan Stone is the Partner and Global Head of Transactions Practices at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where they also serve on the firm's Policy Committee. They led Skadden's Hong Kong office from 2016 to 2024 and have extensive experience representing clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and capital markets.
