Joyce Chang

Joyce Chang currently serves as a Partner in Energy and Infrastructure Projects at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Joyce Chang was the General Counsel at Summit Ridge Energy from March 2020 to November 2024. Joyce Chang also held multiple titles at Ygrene Energy Fund, including Acting General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel, between January 2017 and March 2020. At SunEdison, from August 2013 to January 2017, Joyce Chang was Head of Legal for North America Structured and Project Finance and previously served as Associate General Counsel. Joyce Chang began a legal career at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy as an Associate from October 2006 to August 2013.
