Lance Brasher

Lance Brasher is a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, where they have focused their practice on M&A, financing, and development transactions within the energy and infrastructure sectors since 1990. Previously, they served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1987, succeeding in various roles that included serving on the USS Harry W. Hill and working as an economist at the Center for Naval Analyses. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science with distinction from the United States Naval Academy and earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. Recognized by several legal publications as a leading lawyer in energy and infrastructure, they have made significant contributions to high-profile renewable energy projects globally.
