Lloyd Stephenson

Lloyd Stephenson has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, having held leadership roles at prominent firms such as Lehman Brothers, Barclays, and Ashurst. They most recently serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and affiliates. Lloyd previously led various HR initiatives, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement, while redesigning compensation structures and managing complex ER issues at BCLP. They hold an MSc in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, University of London, and a BA in Economics & Econometrics from Manchester University.
