Max Troper began their career as a Legal Assistant at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 2010 to 2012. They obtained a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law between 2013 and 2015. Max then took on a Summer Associate role at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in 2014, followed by a position as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at the same firm from 2015 to 2024. Currently, Max serves as Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates.
