Michael Hohmann

Michael Hohmann currently serves as a Senior Legal Assistant in the Antitrust/Competition group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, a position held since May 2013. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant in the Department of Communications at the National Association of Broadcasters and as a Hill Day Scheduling Assistant at the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities, where responsibilities included organizing Congressional office visits. Hohmann has also worked as a Staff Assistant and Legislative Correspondent for the U.S. House of Representatives, gaining valuable experience in constituent services and administrative support. Early career experiences include a Business Development/Client Services Assistant role at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a Substitute Guitar Teacher, and a Demo Crew Member at Nicholas and Associates General Contractors. Hohmann holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
