Peter Mair

Peter Mair is a partner and head of the Los Angeles Real Estate Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, where Peter has been employed since August 2007. Peter Mair has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including significant representations such as Silverstein Properties in its acquisition and financing of the US Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles for $430 million and the acquisition of the Manhattan headquarters of American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. from the Walt Disney Company for approximately $1 billion. Prior to this role, Peter Mair worked as a lawyer at Freehills from August 2004 to May 2007. Peter Mair obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney, completing these degrees between 1999 and 2003.
