Ryne Posey is a Partner in Labor and Employment at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, advising clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters. With extensive experience in litigation, compliance, and transactional issues, Ryne has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution settings. Ryne has been recognized for innovative contributions to major M&A transactions and is actively involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, Ryne serves on various boards, including Covenant House California and Teach For America Los Angeles, reflecting a strong commitment to community service.
