Weiran Yang

Weiran (Rachel) Yang is a Registered Foreign Lawyer and Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, specializing in antitrust and competition, as well as government enforcement, investigation, and litigation since July 2020. Prior experience includes internships at Linklaters and Clifford Chance. Weiran holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School (2019-2020) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Tsinghua University (2017-2019), in addition to a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Tsinghua University (2013-2017) and an exchange programme in International Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (2015-2016).
