Maya Ram

Maya Ram has over 20 years of work experience in human resources and talent management. Maya is currently the Senior Director of HR at Skai, a position they began in 2022. Prior to that, Maya worked at Golan Ventures as a Leadership Development & Executive Coach from 2020 to 2022.

Before their time at Golan Ventures, Maya held various roles at BlueVine from 2018 to 2020, including Head of Talent and Human Resource Director. At BlueVine, Maya was responsible for rebuilding the talent team, establishing the company's employer brand, and implementing successful management training programs.

From 2018 to 2020, Maya worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Tricentis, where they were the main point of contact for HR-related issues in the North American region.

Maya also has experience in People Operations at Phantom Cyber, where they were the Head of People Operations and played a crucial role in the company's hyper-growth before its acquisition by Splunk.

Earlier in their career, Maya worked at various companies such as Ravello Systems, Sapiens, Lotem, APM, and Telepower, where they held roles related to HR operations, talent management, and learning and development.

Maya Ram completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2001. Maya then pursued an MBA in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Development from the same university, graduating in 2004. In 2016, they obtained a Human Resource Management Certification from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension. Maya Ram has additional certifications including Coaching Skills for HR Leaders from Clickto in 2022, Co-Active Certified Coach from Co-Active Training Institute in 2021, Employer Branding to Attract Talent from LinkedIn in 2018, and Leadership Facilitator Certification from Gishot Group in 2009. Maya also holds an Executive Coaching Certification from Gishot Group.
