Stephen Nothum

Stephen Nothum serves as the Education & Enablement Director at Skai since June 2022, with responsibilities including managing the creation and evaluation of retail media curriculum and delivering training to advertisers on the Skai platform. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions in education, including Department Lead, Instructional Designer, and Instructor at Junction City School District, where guided theories were applied to enhance learning experiences. In additional roles as an Instructional Coach at Springfield Public Schools and as a Language Arts Instructional Designer at Nebo School District, Stephen focused on staff development and effective teaching strategies. Notably, as Learning Design Project Manager at the Missionary Training Center, efficiency in project outcomes significantly improved under Stephen's leadership. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in English Teaching from Brigham Young University and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Lindenwood University.
