Shilo Matson

Shilo Matson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at SKAN US, Inc. since February 2004, currently serving as Training Manager and Supervisor of Skan Academy. Matson specializes in managing customer-related interventions and developing training programs for both internal and external support. Additional roles include Sales and Service Manager, focused on contract negotiations and client acquisition.
