Buff Decker

Buff Decker is currently a Senior Project Manager at Skanska, where they serve as the MEP lead for the PDXNext Terminal Expansion Project at Portland International Airport. Previously, Buff held various roles in project management and engineering, including Senior Project Manager at Howard S. Wright and Director of Construction at Earth Savers Energy Services. They also gained experience as a Project Manager at both Baugh Construction Oregon and R&H Construction, focusing on commercial and mixed-use projects. Buff's career began with an internship at OPUS Group, and they earned their degree from Arizona State University.
