Daniel Francis

Daniel Francis, PE, DBIA is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience primarily in project management and construction management. Daniel began as an Engineering Technician at ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC in 2000 and progressed through various roles at SKW Constructors, including Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Construction Manager, with a focus on tunnel projects such as the Elizabeth River Tunnels Project. Additional experience includes positions at Vecellio and Grogan as a Surveyor and at Skanska USA in several capacities, including Project Manager and Estimator. Daniel holds a Civil Engineering degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Certificate in Transportation Construction Management from Virginia Tech.
