David Coates

David Coates is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in contract management and facilities management. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts Manager at Skanska, David previously held the role of Area General Manager at Smart Managed Solutions, managing a team responsible for a portfolio valued at approximately £6M annually. David's extensive experience includes positions at bp as a Regional Facilities Supervisor, BGIS as a Facilities Manager and Supervisor, and D.A.C. Electrical as Director, where responsibilities included business operations and client relations. David began a career in the electrical industry as an Electrician with Right Contract Services Ltd. and Ausgrid, advancing from an Apprentice Electrician to a Substation Technician.
