David Standley

David Standley is the Sr. Preconstruction Director at Skanska USA Building Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience to the role. They lead estimating efforts on significant projects, including the Portland International Airport's Terminal Core Expansion and Concourse E Expansion. With expertise in aviation, healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, and various educational institutions, David has prepared estimates valued over $500 million. They began their career as an estimator at Nuprecon LP, where they handled demolition estimates, and previously served as a resident advisor at the University of Washington. David holds a BA in Architectural Studies and a BS in Building Construction from the University of Washington.
