John Holt

John Holt has extensive experience in quality and compliance management within the construction industry, currently serving as a Compliance Manager at Skanska since March 2016 and as a Quality Manager at RG Carter since September 2017. Previous roles include Quality Manager for the Crossrail development at Costain and QA/QC Manager at Drake & Scull International PJSC, where oversight of a large team was required. Additional positions include QA Manager at Mace Plus, where ISO 9001 accreditation was achieved, and Quality Assurance Manager at Canary Wharf Construction Limited, noted for obtaining PAS99 accreditation. Holt's career began at Laing Management, managing quality assurance on significant projects.
