Helpdesk Manager

Jon Warr has extensive experience in service management and helpdesk operations, currently serving as Service Manager - Systems & Operations at Somerset County Council since May 2018, and as Helpdesk Manager at Skanska since February 2017. At Siemens, Jon Warr fulfills the role of Deputy Call Centre Manager for the Traffic Solutions division, overseeing call center operations since January 2015. Jon Warr has been with Babcock Support Services GmbH since October 2010 as TSC Team Manager, managing a facilities management Helpdesk team that services over 10,000 end users in Germany, and also supporting Regional Prime Contracts in the UK for public sector clients. Previous experience includes serving as Helpdesk Supervisor at Babcock International Group PLC from July 2008 to August 2010. Jon Warr holds an AVCE in Business from Yeovil College.
