Linda Schell

Linda Schell serves as the Head of Talent Development at Skanska since November 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Talent Center of Excellence to enhance the development and retention of 8,000 employees across multiple business units. Prior to this role, Linda was the Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development, providing expertise in talent management, performance, and leadership development. At Catalent Pharma Solutions, Linda held the position of Director of Talent & Leadership Development, contributing to a major cultural transformation and the implementation of global talent management programs. Linda has also held various leadership roles at Dun & Bradstreet, where achievements include the creation of global talent review processes and engaging initiatives to cultivate a customer-driven culture. Linda earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University.
